ABA services at Evergreen Horizons LLC are centered on helping children build meaningful, functional skills in their everyday environments. Our BCBA-led programs focus on communication, daily living skills, social skills, and behavior support, using evidence-based strategies tailored to each child’s strengths, needs, and family priorities. Services are delivered in-home allowing us to work within the child’s natural routines and help caregivers feel supported and involved every step of the way.

ABA services at Evergreen Horizons LLC are billed through in-network insurance plans when possible and are also available on a private-pay basis. Before starting services, our team will verify your benefits, review any prior authorization requirements, and explain your expected out-of-pocket costs, including copays, coinsurance, or deductibles as determined by your plan. For families using private pay, we follow a clear fee schedule and will review recommended service intensity alongside the financial investment so you can make an informed decision. We are committed to transparent, upfront communication about costs and will discuss your options during the intake and onboarding process.
