Evergreen Horizons LLC provides BCBA-led Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to build meaningful skills and reduce barriers to daily life. We complete an initial assessment, develop an individualized treatment plan with measurable goals, and deliver 1:1 intervention in the home and community. Services commonly target communication, social skills, daily living routines, school readiness, and behavior reduction using evidence-based strategies. Caregiver coaching and parent training are integrated to promote consistency, generalization, and sustainable progress beyond therapy sessions.
Evergreen Horizons LLC provides family advocacy services to help parents navigate special education and related support systems with clarity and confidence. We review records and school documentation, help families prepare for IEP/ARD meetings, and attend meetings when requested to support collaborative, solutions-focused communication. Our advocacy work emphasizes practical recommendations, measurable goals, and appropriate accommodations and services—so supports are clear, actionable, and aligned with the student’s needs across school and home.
Evergreen Horizons LLC provides CEU and professional development trainings designed for real-world application in clinical, school, and community settings. Our sessions translate evidence-based practices into practical strategies that support ethical decision-making, effective supervision, caregiver collaboration, and strong implementation systems. Trainings are available for behavior-analytic professionals and school-based teams, with options for live instruction, workshops, and tailored topics aligned to your organization’s needs. Evergreen Horizons LLC is an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Provider # OP-25-12270. Evergreen Horizons LLC offers interpreter and translation support to reduce language barriers and ensure families can fully understand, participate in, and make informed decisions throughout services. This may include English–Spanish interpretation during consultations, caregiver coaching sessions, and meetings with schools or other service providers, as well as translation of key documents such as summaries, recommendations, and family-facing materials when appropriate. Our goal is to support clear communication, cultural responsiveness, and accurate understanding—so expectations, goals, and next steps are accessible and aligned across everyone involved in the child’s care and education.

Caregiver coaching and family support at Evergreen Horizons LLC is designed to help families feel confident using effective strategies in real-life routines—not just during sessions. We work with caregivers to understand why behaviors happen, identify practical goals that matter at home, and build consistent responses that support skill growth and reduce stress. Coaching may include modeling and practice during daily routines (mealtimes, transitions, homework, bedtime), step-by-step behavior strategies, communication supports, and simple data or tracking tools that are realistic to maintain. We also focus on generalization—helping skills carry over across people and settings—while keeping plans culturally responsive, respectful, and sustainable for the whole family.

Evergreen Horizons LLC provides school consultation and support to help align strategies between home and school and improve consistency for the student. We collaborate with caregivers and educators to clarify concerns, identify functional patterns, and recommend practical supports that can be implemented in real classroom routines. Consultation may include reviewing existing behavior plans and IEP goals, supporting teacher-friendly accommodations, strengthening data collection methods, and coaching staff on proactive strategies (antecedent supports, reinforcement systems, visual supports, and de-escalation plans). When appropriate and permitted, we can attend meetings, help coordinate communication across team members, and ensure recommendations are clear, measurable, and realistic—so the student experiences predictable support across environments.

A Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) is a structured process Evergreen Horizons LLC uses to understand why a behavior is occurring and what variables are maintaining it, so intervention is targeted and effective. An FBA may include caregiver and teacher interviews, review of records, direct observation across routines and settings, and data collection (frequency, duration, antecedent–behavior–consequence patterns). From that information, we develop a clear hypothesis about the behavior’s function (e.g., access to attention or items, escape/avoidance, sensory/automatic reinforcement) and identify triggers and skill deficits that need to be addressed. The outcome is an individualized, practical Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and treatment recommendations that emphasize proactive supports, teaching replacement skills, and reinforcement strategies that can be implemented consistently at home, school, and community environments.m description
